attended 2 lectures today and only one kept me awake. i was compelled to fall asleep when i went for the last 2 lectures and proves that this lecturer is rather boring cos i dont usually sleep in class. goh's lecture was enjoyable. funny, how could a lecture be that entertaining? well, goh managed to catch all of our attention and no one had their eye lids drooping at all. i laughed a few times, those really loud kind..and he allowed..its a good start.
we had a break before another 2 more lectures. the girls wanted to go to the ladies and since i just went, i told ivy i wanted ill just wait outside for them. ivy asked me to go in and "let them feel our presence". in my mind, i was thinking, sometimes, even when you are always around a group of people, they might not even feel your presence. sometimes your presence is redundant.
limin just came in to say hi. she is so sweet, called me everyday during camp just to make sure i know what im supposed to do and that im there.
went to jurong point, bought some stuff and carried all the heavy bags. they left marks on my arm, thats how heavy they all. haven taken any dinner yet..still dunnoe what to eat..
tok to ming abt the "interesting" blog and told him how people might feel when they read it. ming said blogs are meant to be personal online dairy, so people really just write down how they feel, what they do and what they want to say. thus, we should not just read these diaries and judge them. i told ming people will read it cos its online so he told me, that is why he feels that blogs are rather fake cos they are conscious that others are reading it.
i think what ming said is true. as usual, he always says something that enlightens me. how could you post something online and dont expect people to come across it? it will, therefore, be subjected to all kinds of comments. it will prob do some good, when u purposely post something for someone to read.
anyway i felt unhappy in school again. had a good start but lousy ending.
